Having qualified in 2003 I have worked for the NHS gaining a variety of experience in different areas of physiotherapy and the MOD which involved rehabilitating military personnel back to a level of high intensity activity and often making decisions about their whole career.  Joining Spire Tunbridge Wells in 2016, I have been able to develop a wide range of specialist assessment and treatment techniques for a variety of musculoskeletal problems. 

I like to look at the whole patient to enable them to get back to a level of activity that suits their lifestyle. I work across both outpatients and inpatients and treat a variety of conditions, including post-operative orthopaedics, osteoarthritis, back pain, sports injuries and soft tissue problems, accepting consultant, GP and self-referrals.

I am also able to conduct work station assessments to prevent work-related stress injuries.
