I work at Spire Norwich Hospital as a Highly Specialist Physiotherapist. I specialise in active rehabilitation of both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. I can help with most musculoskeletal issues and have a particular interest in the shoulder.
I qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1996, and completed my Masters Degrees (MSc) in Manipulative Physiotherapy at the University of East Anglia in 2005. I initially worked at Charing Cross Hospital in London, and then the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham before joining the NHS in Great Yarmouth & Waveney; where I eventually became the Clinical Lead for Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
I am a research active clinician. I have publications in peer-reviewed journals on topics including shoulder pain, anterior knee pain and heel pain.

Outside of work, I like to spend time with my wife and two daughters. I also have a passion for cycling and still compete in both on and off-road events.
