I am a Consultant Gastroenterologist and Hepatobiliary Medicine specialist based at Manchester Royal Infirmary, which is a prominent tertiary hospital serving the North West of England.
I hold a full Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in the United Kingdom and a post CCT-Fellowship in Hepatobiliary Medicine from the renowned Manchester Foundation Trust, I bring substantial expertise to the field of Gastroenterology and Hepatobiliary Medicine in a tertiary-level healthcare setting.
I am a Senior Advanced Independent Endoscopist, proficient in performing intricate procedures such as endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) and both diagnostic and therapeutic Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS). I am also recognised as a certified Bowel Cancer Screener by the Joint Advisory Group of Endoscopy in the UK (BCSP).
In addition to my proficiency in diagnostic and therapeutic gastroscopies and colonoscopies, I am a certified Endoscopy Trainer with a 'Train the Trainer' certificate from the Joint Advisory Group of Endoscopy (JAG-UK).
I have extensive experience which extends to research, particularly at the Pancreas Unit at Manchester Royal Infirmary.
