MBBS, FRCA, FFPMRCA
As a Consultant in Pain Medicine, I am an expert in assessing and treating pain conditions and symptoms. I am extensively qualified in anaesthesia and professionally trained to treat different pain problems, particularly musculoskeletal pain and neuropathic pain. I am well renowned in my field following completion of specialised training in Pain Management at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital, a world leading hospital in pain research and management.
I bring an extensive background and excellent training in pain medicine to my patients at the Spire Clare Park Hospital as a Chronic Pain and Anaesthetic Consultant. I am particularly interested in multimodal pain management, patient safety, new technologies in neuromodulation, and improving patient access.
My service is based on evidence based medicine and I offer the latest development in ablative minimal invasive techniques to reduce the pain arising from the neck, back, hips and knees. I incorporate ultrasound and X-rays in my practice to guide pain treatment and I have access to various surgical and medical specialties which are tailored to complement the individual patient pain treatment care pathway.
Pain is a debilitation disease and I offer an individualised tailored pain treatment plan that includes: interventional pain management; analgesia optimisation and access to pain physiotherapy and psychological support. It is an unfortunate fact that if pain is not managed correctly it not only has a profound effect on one’s life generally, but also on friends and family. A dedicated and compassionate consultant, I have the knowledge and expertise to assess, treat and provide expert opinion on even the most obscure of pain complaints.
Throughout my education and training I devoted my time to many organisations and presented at numerous national anaesthesia and pain medicine conferences. Present affiliations include the Royal College of Pain Medicine (FFPMRCA) and Anaesthesia (FRCA) where I am a faculty member.
Some of the principal treatments carried out by Dr Gerard Sinovich at Spire include:

I enjoy spending time with my wife and three sons and exploring the world with them. Being the youngest of 10 siblings, I value and appreciate the importance of family and making time for loved ones.
