I am currently a GP Partner in Bookham, Surrey and have been working as a GP for the past five years since completing my training from Guildford and absolutely love working with my patients and colleagues. Prior to this, I was an ENT clinical fellow in London and gained huge experience in ENT and dizziness with excellent feedback and am fortunate to continue to do regular ENT clinics at Kingston Hospital. The team and atmosphere at Spire St Anthony's Hospital is positive and fully committed to patient care and working here is a great joy in itself.

I am most passionate about providing an individualised, person centred approach to my patients and supporting them in their journey to better health. I believe in maximising the input from lifestyle interventions and reducing medication burden as much as possible, depending upon individual circumstances. It is clear that a 'one size fits all approach' does not work for many and addressing the underlying causes of the illness results in much better outcomes.

I try my best to integrate medical and lifestyle approaches in this regard and am also trained in prescribing lifestyle medicine (Jan 2019) and Applied Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (Dec 2019). The benefit of this combined approach is that it provides safe medical care whilst incorporating benefits from both the interventions. In 21st century medicine, we cannot afford to overlook these evidence-based solutions; there is a huge drive to integrate them, which is exciting for me.
