I have been practising pain medicine (and anaesthesia) for about 25 years. As a leading specialist in my field, of pain medicine, I have introduced a range of cutting-edge, innovative and evidence-supported treatments in Wales, to help people living with chronic pain.

I specialise in chronic pain management. These pain conditions may be localised (to specific body parts), multi-site or widespread. My particular expertise lies in interventional (non-surgical) treatments for osteo-arthritic pain (affecting knee, shoulder, hip and spine), muscular pain (sports injuries, trigger points), nerve pain (such as due to sciatica, nerve entrapment, diabetes, or following surgery) and visceral pain (endometriosis, IBS, pelvic etc). I also run specialist fibromyalgia and CRPS clinic services.
