MB, ChB, MRCP, FRCR, MD
My major clinical interests are thoracic (lung) and gastro-intestinal malignancies (oesophagus, stomach, pancreas, colorectal).
I provide specialist chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatments, often in combination with surgical interest in lung cancer and clinical research which was stimulated as a MRC Clinical Scientist in Cambridge where the MRC cancer trials unit was situated at the time. I have an MD related to lung cancer and scheduling of topoisomerase poisons, with and without radiation, which is the basis of on-going interest in chemo-radiotherapy and new drugs.
I have a major interest in research and where possible all patients who are referred will be offered an appropriate clinical trial.
Some of the principal treatments carried out by Dr Stephen Falk at Spire include:
Oncology

I am married with two young children that keep me occupied. I am also a keen musician and enjoy, but am hopeless at, DIY.
