MBBS, MD, MRCP, FRCPath
I qualified in India in 2001, after that I did my internal medicine training from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and was awarded an MD in 2005. I moved to the UK in 2006 and gained MRCP and subsequently did my haematology training in the Mersey Deanery and took up my first consultant post in 2017.
I have worked in various NHS hospitals, with my current NHS practice based at Lancashire Teaching Hospital.
I have gained significant experience over the years in managing benign and malignant haematology conditions. I am confident in managing anaemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, myeloma, blood clots etc.
I have been lead for the obstetrics haematology and blood transfusion during my previous NHS practice.
