I qualified from King’s College London Medical School with distinction in 2006. During my medical degree, I was also awarded a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology and Basic Medical Sciences.
I subsequently trained in General Practice in London before moving to Berkshire in 2013.
I am experienced in managing all aspects of General Practice in children and adults. I also worked as a specialty doctor in Dermatology in the Skin Cancer clinic in Windsor (Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust) and have a postgraduate diploma in Clinical Dermatology. In addition, I have diplomas in Women's Health and Family Planning from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare.
Aside from providing a holistic approach to your acute and chronic problems, I am a keen advocate of preventative medicine through health checks, advice and vaccinations. I also offer medical acupuncture.
In 2008, I took a two year secondment to join a highly competitive clinical leadership fellowship at the National Patient Safety Agency and World Health Organisation. During this time I was involved in national and international quality improvement projects, health policy, patient safety and medical leadership. I have published articles in medical journals including the Lancet and contributed to national and international policy documents including the Report of the Chair of the National Working Group on Women in Medicine (UK) and Antimicrobial Resistance for World Health Organisation.
