I qualified as a State Registered Dietitian in 2000, since then I gained experience in various NHS Hospitals, as well as developing my work in the private sector. I now work solely in the private sector and am co-founder and Director of LA Dietitians Ltd since 2011.

I specialise in Adult Dietetics which include:

Private Practice only.

In my spare time I love spending time with my two daughters. We enjoy trips to the National Trust Parks walking our dog. I like to travel to different cities and take in new experiences.

I socialise by going to the theatre, and various music events with friends. I keep fit by jogging and doing yoga. I also spend a lot of time in the kitchen trying out new recipes.
