I have been a consultant ENT surgeon in both adult and paediatric ENT for in Kent since 2016, based at Medway and Dartford NHS Trust. I have a specialist interest in nasal conditions including rhinoplasty, septorhinoplasty, sinus conditions, endoscopic sinus surgery, loss of sense of smell and allergy.
I have performed over 300 septoplasty and septorhinoplasties in addition to turbinoplasty and endoscopic sinus surgery. I have experience in revision rhinoplasty and nasal reconstruction.
I have previously been the Quality Improvement, Clinical Audit and Research lead for ENT, Patient Safety Lead and Deputy Surgical College Tutor.
I graduated from Imperial College School of Medicine, London in 2002. I also gained a BSc with First Class Honours in Pharmacology. I undertook a Masters degree in Surgical Science, my research focused on septoplasty and outcomes in nasal airflow. She then undertook ENT higher surgical training in the South Thames region, including Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital.
In 2015, I was then appointed to the Royal College of Surgeons Fellowship in Advanced Rhinology and Rhinoplasty at Charing Cross Hospital, Imperial College Healthcare, and The Nose Clinic at The Royal Brompton Hospital, London. I received the British Rhinological Society Travelling Fellowship Award.
