I am a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon and Knee Specialist with over 20 years of experience.
My expertise encompasses non operative, and surgical techniques. I specialise in arthroscopic knee surgery for meniscal injury, and full and partial knee replacement surgery for osteoarthritis, using both ‘standard’ and 'MAKO robot assisted' surgical techniques.
I won an exhibition to read medicine at Queens’ College Cambridge, before completing my medical training at St Thomas’ Hospital, London and orthopaedic training at St George’s Hospital.
After Orthopaedic Fellowships in Australia and the US, I was appointed as a Consultant and Honorary Senior Lecturer to St George’s Hospital, London. During my fourteen years at St George’s, I undertook the roles of Surgical Tutor, Lead Clinician (Knees) and was a member of the Research and Ethics Committee.
