I underwent extensive training in plastic and cosmetic surgery before my appointment as an NHS consultant which I then developed into private practice in Manchester, Chester, and Preston. First qualifying in 2000, I have over 20 years' experience of clinical practice. I am a member of the British Association for Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS), The British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS), International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ISAPS), American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), the British Society for Surgery of the Hand (BSSH), European Board of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery and is on the GMC specialist register for Plastic Surgery.
