I am a Warwickshire based highly skilled and experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a high volume knee surgery practice, providing first class and personalised care which is reflected in excellent patient outcomes and reviews.

My private practice is exclusively in knee surgery and sports injuries. With over 16 years of experience, I have garnered leading professional expertise in the diagnosis and management of orthopaedic knee conditions and sports injuries.

I have special interest in knee surgery and knee injuries specifically patient specific knee replacement and arthroscopic knee surgery.

I perform surgical operations in the NHS and private hospitals across the region. I perform about 100 knee replacements a year, 350 knee arthroscopic procedures that include ligament knee reconstructions, meniscal repair, cartilage repair / regeneration and patella stabilisation procedures. In addition to this, I also do complex fracture fixations and complex knee replacements. I also do about 20 hip replacements a year.

I was appointed as the Regional Director for Royal College of Surgeon of England (RCSE) in 2018 and chair the professional affairs board in the West Midlands. My work with the RCSE involves improving surgical standards, improving patient care and surgical education and training.

I am Clinical Lead for Trauma and Orthopaedics at GEH NHS Trust. I am also the Regional Director for Royal College of Surgeons of England.

In addition to my clinical work, I undertake academic activities including research and training junior doctors and trainee orthopaedic surgeons.

I was recently invited by Aesculap Academy to chair an international meeting discussing treatment of painful knee replacements. I also shared my experience of performing complex knee replacements in patients with deformities at an international meeting.

I am an active member of the British Medical Association.

My aim is to provide expert treatment to my patients with a personal touch for excellent outcomes. This is reflected in my patient reviews. Please visit my website for further information.

Patient reviews can be found on www.doctify.com; www.iwantgreatcare.org - where I received a certificate of excellence for delivering outstanding care and more reviews can be seen on www.topdoctors.co.uk
