Specialises in
Virtual consultations:
I have more than 25 years of clinical and surgical experience in all aspects of general and subspecialist ophthalmology and ophthalmic surgery. My specialist interests include neuro-ophthalmology, paediatric ophthalmology, complex squint and cataract surgery. I did my fellowship training at Moorfields Eye Hospital and Great Ormond Street Hospital in paediatric and neuro ophthalmology and in cornea and anterior segment at the world renowned corneo plastic unit in East Grinstead.
My practice includes cataract surgery, squint surgery, lid surgery, retinal disease and macular degeneration, refractive lens surgery (for vision correction) and glaucoma treatment.
I also specialise in eye movements, double vision (diplopia) and eye deviations in children and adults. I am an expert in managing double vision, with a range of nonsurgical and surgical tools. This is particularly relevant to those patients who are at risk of developing double vision after cataract surgery, neurological or neurosurgical conditions, or those impacted by the effects of double vision on their appearance, employment prospects or quality of life.
