I am a Consultant Shoulder and Elbow Surgeon. I perform over 500 operations per year and routinely monitor clinical outcomes.
I trained at Nottingham University Hospitals, Derby Hospitals and Chesterfield Royal Hospital and have a particular interest in education. I have been involved in development of orthopaedic assessment tools and medical websites and act an expert consultant for companies including Smith and Nephew, Arthrex, Exactech, JRI and Lockdown.
My Fellowship training includes: Nottingham Shoulder and Elbow Fellowship, Sheffield Shoulder and Elbow Fellowship, The Mayo Clinic and Harvard Orthopaedics, Boston USA as the British Shoulder and Elbow Society Travelling Fellow 2012 and the Southern Orthopaedics and The Sydney Shoulder Institute as the Malkin Travelling Fellow 2011.
