I specialise solely in shoulder and elbow surgery and sports injuries in the NHS and privately. I teach regularly around the country with the Watanabe group in arthroscopic shoulder training and have presented at a number of National and International meetings regarding shoulder surgery.
I trained in medicine and surgery at Cambridge and Oxford Universities before completing my orthopaedic training at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore where I was a Lecturer in Orthopaedics and a Senior Registrar. I then completed a Specialist Fellowship year in shoulder and elbow surgery in Sydney, Australia before returning to work in the NHS in England.
I am the Senior Shoulder Surgeon at Portsmouth Hospitals.
I have been awarded a European Travelling Fellowship, an AO Trauma Fellowship and was part of the European (EFORT) Travelling Fellowship programme.
