Specialises in
My clinical practice is almost solely hand and wrist surgery. I deal with all aspects of this specialist area from soft tissue to bony and joint pathology. The only area I don't cover is cancer. I do see patients with certain elbow pathology. I graduated from the University of Wales, College of Medicine in 1998. I had my basic training in South Wales and moved to the North East to undertake higher surgical training in trauma and orthopaedics.
During my last year of training, I was appointed to an advanced training post in hand surgery in Manchester (one of nine nationally available ones). During this period I worked closely with plastic and orthopaedic hand surgeons to gain a full exposure in this chosen field of interest. I have also gained the postgraduate diploma in hand surgery in 2010 to signify my special interest in this area of practice. I take part in a specialist hand surgery on-call rota in conjunction with my plastic surgery colleagues.
Some of the principal treatments carried out by Mr Jeff Auyeung at Spire include:

Other treatments
