I am a senior musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapist at Spire Liverpool Hospital. My interests include different shoulder, spinal and knee conditions as well as return to sport strength and conditioning rehab.

I qualified with a BSc first class honours in sport science and coaching in 2012. I went on to work as assistant director of modern pentathlon at Plymouth college, coaching 15 national champions and nine international competitors within their age groups. I then completed the Physiotherapy MSc (Pre-Reg) degree at Northumbria University in 2019 graduating with a commendation. I have since worked within the NHS and private clinics covering all the core areas of physiotherapy prior to joining Spire in 2023.
