I have been a Consultant Vascular Surgeon for 20 years. I have performed several hundred keyhole vein treatments including laser and radio frequency ablation, the majority under local anaesthesia. I have also been using foam sclerotherapy for treatment over the last 10 years.
I completed my vascular training between Leicester, Nottingham and St Mary's Paddington after spending two years in the USA. I developed extensive experience in multi modality modern treatment of varicose veins through working at The Whiteley Clinic which has pioneered modern minimal access treatments in the UK.
In arterial surgery I have been periodically one of the busiest surgeons in the UK, treating aortic aneurysm disease with excellent outcomes published in the National Vascular Registry annual reports. I also have a long experience of treating both lower limb arterial disease and carotid artery disease.
