I qualified in Dublin and worked in the North East of England, after which I gained acceptance into the Wessex Registrar Rotation in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. I then completed my senior SPR training at St Mary's Hospital, Portsmouth, covering all areas of general gynaecology.
I have a special interest in abnormal bleeding and have also worked on a research project in urogynaecology looking at the effectiveness of a form of urethropexy for the treatment of stress incontinence. I have rapid access clinics covering a wide range of gynaecological conditions, including menstrual, post-menopausal, prolapsis and urogynaecological conditions.
I offer a very friendly and efficient service as evidenced by previous patient feedback surveys. I have been registered to practice at Spire Portsmouth Hospital since my appointment as a Consultant Gynaecologist in 2000. My private secretary is based at Spire Portsmouth Hospital.
