FRCS Urol, PhD
Specialises in
Virtual consultations:
I moved from Southend in Essex in 2013 where I worked for three years. I was the cancer and enhanced recovery lead for the department. I streamlined the service for all urological cancers. I set up a new cancer clinic as well as spearheading the development of MRI pre-biopsy and transperineal prostate biopsy service. In addition I set up the minimally invasive cancer service within the unit .
I have moved to Mid Yorks NHS Trust and am currently helping to develop a similar service at this unit. I trained in London and completed my PhD at Imperial College. I completed my training in Yorkshire, where I was encouraged to develop my cancer interest. I have presented my work throughout my career, and have been recognised for my international papers. I offer a comprehensive service covering the whole of urology, but have a particular interest in the diagnosis and management of malignant urological diseases.

I have a young son who I spend the majority of my spare time with. When I am not enjoying being a father I cycle, play squash or hike - anything that gets me out of the house and out of breath. On rainy days I paint and read avidly. I can be found in the kitchen on a evening trying to match Jamie Oliver's skills.
