I have been an Orthopaedic specialist since 2013 and have long experience in the practice of trauma and orthopaedics. I have an interest in trauma management, hand surgery like trigger finger release, carpal tunnel release, dupuytren release, trapeziectomy. I use a holistic approach and I can guide patients with musculoskeletal problems with both non surgical and surgical treatment options.
To date I have performed various surgical procedures in trauma and orthopaedics. I have performed over 500 knee arthroscopy in my career. I have also assisted and performed over 1,00 hip and knee replacement surgery. I have extensive experience doing general orthopaedics including hand surgery and soft tissue operations. I managed all trauma cases in my practice.
I qualified with a postgraduate degree from India and did my FRCS exam in 2013. Currently I work in Cwm Taf University Health Board. I have participated in various quality improvement projects and role in teaching and training.
I am medical appraiser and appraise doctors within my health board and in independent organisations. I am a trained coach and have diploma in transformational coach for doctors.
