I specialise in hip and knee replacements and treating painful or failing joint replacements.
Conditions treated: Painful knee joint (including damaged cartilage), knee arthritis, knee arthroscopy, primary knee replacement (including robotic joint replacement), revision knee replacement, painful hip joint (including hip arthritis), primary hip replacement (including robotic joint replacement), revision hip replacement, revision joint replacement for failed, painful/infected or loose hip and knee joints (working within a multi-disciplinary team dealing with all aspects of infected joint replacement).
I completed my basic surgical training at East of England, becoming a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS). Following this, I undertook a post-graduate research degree (MSc) at the University College London. My higher specialist training in Orthopaedics was on the Royal London Rotation, achieving a Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery (FRCS Tr&Orth).
I enhanced my training further by undertaking prestigious fellowships, including specialised trauma fellowship in Hanover, Germany with Professor Christian Kretek as well as completing the world renowned adult reconstruction fellowship in Vancouver, Canada (under the mentorship of Professors Duncan, Garbuz, Masri and Greidanus).
I have been a visiting fellow to the best world medical centres, including Mayo Clinic, Hospital for Special Surgery and ENDO-Klinik.
