BSc, MSc
I started my physiotherapy career after finishing a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy in 2009 in Poland, before moving to the United Kingdom. I have extensive experience working with individuals within acute settings such as the critical care unit, acute respiratory wards, surgical wards, head and neck care, where I worked closely with oncology teams. I currently work within a busy multi-disciplinary team at a specialist NHS respiratory hospital (Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital).
In addition to inpatient services, I have also worked within outpatient clinics to support those with various respiratory conditions including but not limited to Bronchiectasis, COPD, Asthma, PCD and breathing pattern disorders. I led on delivering care for patients with respiratory conditions during pandemic and adapted services in response to COVID-19 in the form of virtual clinics.
At my clinic at Spire Liverpool Hospital, I work closely with the Respiratory Consultants and Physiologists to provide individuals from the North West of England, North Wales and the Isle of Man respiratory physiotherapist services. This includes physiotherapy based assessment of those with newly diagnosed or long-term breathing conditions, breathing pattern disorder management, and long COVID assessment and related respiratory management.
