Mrs Rachel Haymes

Mrs Rachel Haymes

Physiotherapist

Bsc(Hons)

I am qualified in assessing both urinary and bowel dysfunction in women. I can offer several treatment options and advice for women who are experiencing pelvic floor issues.

I offer pelvic floor exercises, biofeedback for the pelvic floor muscles and electrical stimulation, if needed, of pelvic floor.

I have been running a clinic since doing my specialist training last year. I have seen many patients and have helped most improve their pelvic floor through exercise and advice. I also work as an inpatient physiotherapist within the hospital.

Moving and Handling Lead for Spire Hull and East Riding

I enjoy spending my spare time with my two little girls, my husband and mum who all live in the house.

I enjoy gardening, particularly vegetables, but love flowers also. I grow everything from seeds where I can.

I also enjoy making soaps for family and friends. If given any opportunity I will be doing a craft or gardening.
