I am been a Chartered Physiotherapy for 39 years, and a specialist in Musculo-skeletal physiotherapy. I also specialise in breast cancer rehabilitation to help women live well during and after their breast cancer treatment.
I enjoy rehabilitating patients after orthopaedic surgery, particularly post op hips, knees and spinal surgery. I also specialise in breast cancer rehabilitation during and after breast cancer treatment.
I have specialist skills in the management of spinal patients i.e. neck and back using manual therapy, progressive exercise programs and self care advice.
I have worked in the NHS, and GP practices for 11 years and in the private sector both in independent hospitals and in private practice for more than 26 years. I have worked abroad for a short spell in Australia both hospital based and in the community. I have now been working at Spire Cheshire Hospital Physiotherapy department for three and a half years covering both the wards and outpatients.
