BSc (Honours)
I am a qualified Dietitian and have been practicing in the NHS for over 20 years with wide ranging experience in clinical dietetics both in the acute (including intensive care) and community (GP clinics) settings, seeing both adult and paediatric patients.
I have also been working in private practice at Spire Leicester since 2001 and provide a dietetic service to both in-patients and oncology patients. I have extensive experience in providing complex nutritional support eg enteral (tube feeding) and parenteral (intravenous) nutrition and understand the clinical safety requirements with both forms of nutrition support.
I speak Gujarati which is helpful when seeing Gujarati speaking patients.
I see outpatients with a written referral from a medical consultant.
