A quick and easy way to get immediate access to the healthcare you need.
Step 1
Research your options
Learn more about our consultants, available treatment options and prices on the website
or
Speak to one of our dedicated customer service advisers at your chosen hospital. They can talk through all aspects of getting treatment at Spire and can help with any questions you have.
We also run information events and mini consultations where you'll have an opportunity to ask questions directly to our consultants and other specialists.
The mini consultations are not a formal outpatient consultation so if you wish to proceed to surgery, you'll need to book a full initial outpatient consultation.
Step 2
Book a consultation
Book an initial consultation to discuss your condition and treatment options with your chosen consultant. You won't always need a GP referral so check with your local hospital. Depending on your condition and if you've not already had tests done, your consultant may suggest you have some initial tests or scans to help with diagnosis.
Following the initial consultation, we offer you a single, fixed price* which will cover all your treatment costs so you won't get any unexpected bills or charges.
*Read Spire’s terms and conditions for full details of what’s included and excluded in the fixed price treatment. The initial consultation and any diagnostic tests and scans you have are charged separately to the fixed price treatment.
Step 3
Arrange a treatment date
Please ask as many questions as you need to help you decide if you want to go ahead with treatment.
Following your initial consultation and once you're happy with your treatment plan and the fixed price quote and are ready to proceed, we'll arrange a convenient treatment date. We'll ask for payment of the fixed price in full five working days before admission to hospital.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, bankers’ draft or if you want to spread the cost of treatment, finance options are available through our chosen partners.
We offer a range of payment plans from 0% APR interest free credit over 10 months to higher interest bearing loans at 9.9% APR if you wish to spread your payments over 12 months or more (up to 60 months). The loan can be personalised based on how much you’d like to pay per month, how long you want the payments to be spread over and how much deposit you’d like to pay.
