Get a referral - Visit your GP or specialist and ask for a referral to a Spire hospital and consultant of your choice
Check your cover - Call your insurer to confirm your policy details, level of cover and obtain authorisation.
Book your appointment - Contact your chosen Spire hospital to book a consultation with your preferred specialist.
Authorise your treatment or procedure - Share your insurance details with us and obtain authorisation from your insurer before any treatment takes place.
Receive your care - Attend your appointment and receive treatment at Spire, with your insurer covering all eligible costs.
We handle the rest - In most cases, we will bill your insurer directly (you may need to pay any excess depending on your policy).
