Spire Healthcare named UK’s most trustworthy company in 2024 by Newsweek

Spire Healthcare has been named as the UK’s most trustworthy company in 2024 by Newsweek and Statista in their annual World's Most Trustworthy Companies list, in the Healthcare and Life Sciences category.

In its second year, the World's Most Trustworthy Companies recognises 1,000 organisations across 23 industries and 20 countries, covering everything from financial services and media to healthcare, dining and consumer goods.

Trust is crucial in all types of relationships, whether personal or between businesses and consumers. Yet, in today’s fast-paced global economy, issues like data privacy, AI usage, and insufficient marketing transparency are causing trust to wane across many sectors. And with these growing concerns, trust is more valuable than ever. This list recognises companies that have earned the confidence of consumers, investors and employees by producing quality products, providing quality care and services, paying employees fair wages and appointing effective leaders.

Spire Healthcare came third in the Healthcare and Life Sciences category (number one within the UK), with South Korean based Yuhan Corporation coming in second place, and Australian based Cochlear taking the top spot.

The ranking is determined by an independent survey of over 70,000 participants and 230,000 evaluations from customers, investors, and employees who responded to prompts such as "I trust this company's advertising and communication claims" and "I believe this company treats its employees fairly." Additionally, it includes "social listening," which analyses mentions of the company across various social media platforms.
