BSc (Hons), MSc (Hons)
"The physiotherapy department at Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital offers expert equipment to enable precise muscle stretch assessments and tailored rehabilitation."
I am an experienced physiotherapist, specialising in the musculoskeletal system. I have a specialist interest in the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of acute and chronic musculoskeletal and sporting injuries, which has shaped my approach to patient care.
I graduated with a First Class BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy from the University of Worcester in 2019; I then went on to complete an MSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy at the University of Essex, where I graduated with a Distinction in 2022.
Upon graduation, I specialised in MSK physiotherapy, quickly progressing from a junior role to a senior position within the NHS. The rapid career growth allowed me to gain extensive hands-on experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of MSK conditions.
In addition to my NHS experience, I have worked in a private sports injury clinic and served as a lead physiotherapist at a level 6 rugby club. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with elite athletes through the Saracens DPP and Worcester Warriors DPP programmes, helping them enhance their performance and recover from injuries.
I am particularly keen to work with motivated patients who are committed to their recovery. I believe that a collaborative approach between therapist and patient is key to achieving the best outcomes. By providing personalised treatment plans, guidance and support, I aim to empower my patients to take an active role in their rehabilitation journey, helping them to achieve their goals, big or small, and regain strength, mobility, and confidence in their everyday activities.
