I worked as a Registrar in General Medicine, Chest, GI and Dermatology before beginning my training in Genito-urinary Medicine. Previously I was based in the Midlands and then in the Royal London Hospital, London, before being appointed as Senior Registrar in the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff. Following this, I took up my current post as Consultant in Genito-urinary Medicine at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital. I am a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians.
I specialise in all aspects of Genito-urinary medicine including discharge, lumps (genital warts, molluscum contagiosum), ulcerations, genital dermatosis and STIs (including HIV, chlamydia, etc). I also deal with all other aspects of sexual health issues and related abdominal pain including pelvic inflammatory diseases.
I am a very experienced consultant with 22+ years of consultant expertise.
I am the lead consultant in GU Medicine and HIV at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital.
