I am a tertiary consultant interventional cardiologist at Morriston Regional Cardiac Centre, Morriston Hospital, Swansea. My current practice involves investigation of chest pain, angina, simple and complex coronary angioplasty (predominantly by radial approach) including adjunctive intracoronary imaging (IVUS, OCT, FFR).
I have extensive experience in coronary angiography (>2,500 cases) and coronary angioplasty (1,300 cases).
I completed my undergraduate medical training in the Czech Republic in 2002 before moving to the UK to undertake my postgraduate training in the Kent and Sussex region where I achieved substantive experience in general Cardiology. I subsequently moved to Wales for my training in Cardiology with a special interest in coronary intervention.
