My practice involves dealing with general urological problems such as blood in the urine, urinary tract infections, urinary symptoms in men and women (urgency, frequency, urgency and stress incontinence). I also have specialist expertise in male factor infertility. I perform surgical sperm retrieval and microsurgical vasectomy reversal.
In addition, I perform urodynamic tests and treat patients with bladder Botox for urgency and incontinence. I treat male patients with urinary flow problems and perform trans-urethral resection of prostate (TURP). Finally, I perform a variety of general urological procedures such as circumcision, hydrocele repair, cystoscopy.
I completed my specialty training in urology in the West of Scotland region and after a visiting fellowship at University California Davis Medical School, I was appointed as a Consultant Urological Surgeon at University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff for where I worked for 10 years. I am now full time in private practice.
