I am a firm believer that exercise plays an important role in building resilience as it helps maintain not only our physical health but also our mental and emotional health. I enjoy tennis, cycling, swimming and running which led me to participate in multiple triathlons.

I am also a keen and qualified PADI Open water Scuba diver, Australia.
