I have spent the last 20 years as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon treating Foot and Ankle and Paediatric disorders as well as general Trauma surgery.
I graduated in Medicine from the University of Liverpool in 1992. I completed Basic Surgical Training around Merseyside and was appointed to the Mersey Orthopaedic Registrar rotation in 1998. I spent the last 2 years of higher surgical training specifically in Foot and Ankle surgery and was admitted to the Specialist Register in 2004.
My NHS practice is based at Mid-Cheshire Hospitals NHS Trust (Leighton, Crewe).
I have been the trainer for a number of Orthopaedic Consultant colleagues currently working in the North West. I am a member of the British Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society.
