Mr Nguyen offers the full range of treatment for general ophthalmic conditions and has special interests in customised cataract surgery in patients with Glaucoma, and the medical and surgical management of all forms of Glaucoma. He combines his specialist training, clinical experience and research expertise to deliver dedicated, patient-centred care.

After graduating from the University of Bristol Medical School, he gained considerable experience at St Paul's Eye Unit at the Royal Liverpool Hospital and the Bristol Eye Hospital. Mr Nguyen has also since completed advanced specialist Glaucoma positions at the Bristol Eye Hospital and the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital in Melbourne, Australia.

Mr Nguyen is a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon at Mid-Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and the Lead Clinician for Glaucoma.

His research has been published regularly in peer-reviewed medical journals, and lectures in the field of Ophthalmology. He is a reviewer for several ophthalmic journals and maintain research interests in customised cataract surgery, neuroprotection and translational research.

This session is tailored for a UK GP and HCP audience.
