I have been a consultant in Oxford since February 2012. I studied dentistry at Kings College Hospital and medicine at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital in London.
After performing as a clinical lecturer in Oral Surgery at Kings Dental School, I did my medical house jobs at King's College Hospital. My basic surgical training was at Poole General Hospital where I worked in A&E, Maxillofacial, General Surgery and ENT SHO roles. I did my registrar training at Exeter, Plymouth and Torbay.
I completed the Guy’s Hospital Minimally Invasive Salivary Gland Course and now use these techniques at the John Radcliffe Hospital.

Mr Anand has been involved in a number of papers and audits to do with maxillofacial surgery. His presentation on setting up a one-stop clinic to assess patients with head and neck swellings was awarded first prize at the British Association of Head and Neck Oncologists.
