“I visited today for a hernia operation and would like to thank all the staff from reception to the surgeon. The staff were all friendly and professional, I was on my way to the operating theatre less than 1 hour 30 minutes after arrival and my medication was ready when I was fit to leave a few hours after my op. Touch wood I have no swelling and very little discomfort. This is my second operation at Spire Hospitals and I can't fault the team. Thank you.”

“I had knee surgery on 20 January 2017. Prior to this I was having pre-op physio with Katie - a brilliant service. The pre-op assessment was superb and everything explained to me. On the day of the operation everything went OK, and I'm still receiving physio. Good service from all involved in my care.”

“Came for a procedure yesterday and was given a nice room. All staff were polite and friendly, always asking if I was okay. No sooner was I back from recovery and the kitchen staff brought me sandwiches and jelly with a teapot of tea. All in all I felt very well cared for.”

“Very welcoming and accommodating. I had an ultrasound scan which was very thorough and I received a good explanation afterwards of what was wrong and what he was going to recommend to my GP. Prices were surprisingly affordable (I was self-funding) and was worth every penny. Would definitely consider it again for receiving a quicker diagnosis and possibly treatment.”

“Great staff, really friendly. I arrived as an outpatient and was kept informed throughout my stay about what was happening. The hospital was lovely and clean and the room was welcoming and private. I had a lovely view of the grounds and my own TV. Food was spot on and nothing was too much trouble. My consultant, Mr Christopher Macklin, showed great professionalism and was clearly focused on the task in hand. The aftercare team was also on hand and made sure I was happy with everything before i left. Keep up the good work.”

Everything from the staff, the building, the aftercare and treatment was fantastic. The doctor fixed my shoulder within weeks where others told me there was nothing wrong. The physio team was very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. All hospitals should be like this.”
