I have been a Consultant Paediatrician with expertise in Paediatric Cardiology for the last 20 years, looking after babies, children and adolescents with general paediatric and cardiac problems.
I specialise in the diagnosis and management of children with various cardiac symptoms, at the same time implement a holistic approach that covers general paediatric issues related to allergy, stomach upset, fits and funny turns, growth issues etc.
I look after children and young people with concerns related to heart murmur, bluishness, shortness of breath, recurrent chest infections, chest pain, palpitation, syncope. I also organise screening of children with family history of heart disease including sudden unexpected death. Besides cardiac symptoms, I also have extensive experience in managing other general paediatric issues related to allergy, stomach upset, fits and funny turns, growth issues etc.
I am actively involved in training doctors and other healthcare professionals.
