“I received excellent care from the time to check in, the reception team, the concierge, and of course the nurses on the ward who took very good care of me. “The care was second to none. From the nursing staff down to the ladies that cleaned my room and bought my food to me, every member of staff was amazing. Consultant Farhan Rashid is a gentleman. He is so caring and even helped me personally to get out of my bed for the first time after my operation. I had four nurses - Holly, Pat, Monica and Milka - they were ALL angels. Milka sat with me in the night when I couldn't sleep and was so so kind to me. I will remember them all - they helped my recovery tremendously.”

“The staff were all delightful, very helpful and kind. Timekeeping was good, which is important for patients. The hospital was exceptionally clean, with comfortable rooms and en-suites. The food was the best I've had in a hospital in recent years, and the catering staff were thoughtful and happily remembered my Earl Grey tea and lemon. Harleen is a lovely, empathic person. She is a perfect Breast Cancer Surgeon and understands absolutely all the concerns we have as patients. I couldn't have been in better hands.”
