“Everything about my visit and operation was clearly explained. All staff could not have been more pleasant, helpful and efficient. No complaints at all about my consultant. He was never hurried, seemed to have the time to spend with me and answer any questions. I had not expected the visits from the anaesthetist and found these very caring and informative, before and after the operation. In fact all the staff, nurses, physios, consultant, anaesthetist, dinner ladies, cleaners and so on were very caring and informative.”
