Excellent. I have had several treatments here.

My first was with Tony Corner; when I arrived at reception, there he was waiting to welcome me and show me to his room. This stuff matters so much. (I was) sent straight through for an X-ray and although it was a Friday and he was about to go off on holiday, he very kindly made time at the end of the day to give me a steroid injection which quickly healed my severely frozen shoulder - my NHS GP had been telling me to take painkillers and rest it. (I was) treated with respect and interest throughout - again, it matters.

A huge thank you to Sarah Smith (Physiotherapy). Having struggled with back pain for nearly thirty years, I walked out of my session with Sarah feeling absolutely amazing, thanks to her skill, knowledge and expertise. Her efficient, yet kind and sympathetic manner filled me with confidence straightaway and I really can't praise her enough. She also cured my Achilles tendonitis very swiftly using innovative treatments which worked well. Honourable mention also to the delightful receptionist Maria who always went out of her way to be warm and helpful. I was so touched to see her come from behind her desk to sit and exchange a few kind words with a slightly distressed older person who was in a wheelchair waiting for treatment.
