Led by fully qualified breast surgeons and supported by specialist radiologists and pathologists, the clinic is accessible to everyone, with or without a GP referral.

If you have private medical insurance, please contact your insurance provider to check if a GP referral letter is needed.

Our self–funding price packages are tailored to your needs and may depend on the diagnostic tests recommended by your consultant so we are unable to advise a fixed price.

If you are using private medical insurance, you may need a GP referral letter. Please check with your insurer and then call us on 0800 585 112 to book a breast clinic appointment.

Our self–funding price packages are tailored to your needs and may depend on the diagnostic tests recommended by your consultant.

Please note that due to the nature of the clinic, there can be additional fees depending on investigations that may be required:

  • Mammogram (bilateral) £275

One-stop breast clinic next steps

A number of your diagnostic test results will be available immediately and your consultant will talk through test findings with you and advise you on the next steps.

If tests confirm a diagnosis of breast cancer your consultant will discuss treatment options with our multi-disciplinary team of breast care specialists. If required, you may also be referred for further opinion and care to a consultant oncologist. Subsequent treatment may include one or a combination programme of surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and/or hormone therapy. Appointments for onward referrals, diagnostics or treatment will be discussed before you leave the clinic.
