Assessment and treatment
The specialist continence physiotherapists at Spire Harpenden Hospital work with both men and women, using the Neurotrac ETS EMG Biofeedback system. This system allows treatment of both urinary and faecal incontinence and pelvic floor dysfunction using visual and audio biofeedback. Our physiotherapists also have specialist training in the field of pelvic/vulval pain and pregnancy related pelvic girdle pain.

Our aim is to reduce your pain, help to manage your symptoms, improve bladder/bowel control and restore your confidence to enable you to resume your recreational pursuits.
