Virtual consultations:
I am a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a specialist interest in foot and ankle surgery. My entire practice is dedicated to treating problems relating to the foot and ankle. I have been a consultant in the NHS since 2015, having trained extensively in foot and ankle surgery in both the UK and abroad. I treat all foot and ankle problems including sports injuries, deformities, bunions, Morton's neuroma, foot and ankle arthritis and tendon and soft tissue disorders. I also provide second opinions and perform complex revision surgeries.
I have completed two highly regarded fellowships in foot and ankle surgery. Firstly, I spent six months working at The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital Stanmore, London. Here I trained in the management of highly complex foot and ankle problems, performing numerous corrective surgeries and seeing patients referred from all over the UK.
Following this, I spent six months working at the Fortius Clinic in London. During this time I trained extensively in the treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries in the foot and ankle. I was involved in the treatment of professional sports people from a wide variety of sporting disciplines including premier league football, premiership rugby, athletics and ballet.
I am an Honorary Senior Lecturer with The University of Leeds.
I provide specialist peer review for scientific articles submitted to the Bone and Joint Journal (UK) in the field of foot and ankle surgery.
