I have been qualified as a Physiotherapist since 2007, specialising in musculoskeletal care since 2008. I joined Spire in 2021 and work with private and NHS clients with the aim of reducing symptoms and restoring function. I now have 16 years' experience within MSK and have also previously worked in professional sport with the GB Under 18s Ice Hockey Team.
I specialise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy care, covering all joints, spines, sports injuries assessment/treatment and post-operative rehabilitation. I have a special interest in strength and conditioning for rehabilitation.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my young family and two dogs. We live a very busy and energetic life! I ensure I practice what I preach and attend the gym five days a week. I have previously competed in many sporting events including the London Marathon, Crossfit competitions and triathlons. I also enjoy travelling, food and cross country with my dogs.
