Specialises in
I have been an ENT Consultant in the Northern Lincolnshire and Goole Hospitals NHS Trust since 2011.
I specialise in all aspects of ENT including paediatric ENT which ranges from simple wax removal to complex procedures. I have extensive experience in the medical and surgical management of general ENT conditions.
I have a special interest in rhinology/endoscopic sinus surgery, thyroid/parathyroid surgery in my NHS practice.
I offer all aspects of ENT outpatient consultations and outpatient based treatments at Spire; such as wax removal, cauterisations for nose bleeds, flexible laryngoscopy, balance treatment manouvres - such as Epley manouvre for positional vertigo. I operate in my NHS practice but do not do any surgeries currently in my private practice.
I completed my higher surgical training in ENT in the West Midlands rotation which included the Birmingham Children’s Hospital. After completing my training I did a rhinology fellowship under Prof. Nick Jones at Nottingham. I have also been on a few travelling fellowships to Portland, Zurich and Amsterdam to visit eminent facial plastic surgeons to increase and consolidate my skills.
I am keen on research and have been awarded my Masters, MMedSci from Keele University.
I am proud to be an honorary senior lecturer and am part of the simulation teaching faculty for the Hull York Medical School (HYMS).

I recognise the need for a healthy balance between my work and personal life. I have taken up martial arts and am proud to say I am a black belt in Taekwondo, which I attained in 2015, and am now a second Dan.
I practice yoga regularly which keeps me calm and refreshed. I rejuvenate myself by going to the gym.
Cars are my other passion. I love driving and have been to Europe on long road trips a few times, for example - covering over 2,000 miles visiting 6 countries in about 8/9 days.
