I have been qualified as a physiotherapist since 2005, specialising in musculoskeletal (MSK) care since 2009. I joined Spire in 2014 and work with private and NHS clients with the aim of reducing symptoms and restoring function. In addition to day to day work I have worked with many varied sports performers from amateur to professional level. I have completed multiple post-graduate qualifications in MSK care including membership to the society of MSK medicine and up to IMTA level 2b (international Maitland teaching association) which covers in-depth assessment and treatment of spinal and MSK conditions.
I specialise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy care covering all joints, spines, sports injuries assessment/treatment and post-operative rehabilitation. I have a special interest in ESWT (extracorporeal shock wave therapy).

Outside of work I enjoy spending my spare time with my family, traveling and running around after my children in all their activities.
I played Rugby League for 15 years and since retiring from playing I enjoy body weight training, cycling, running, climbing and golf.
